By filling out this registration form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are not 18 years of age, this form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. No children under 14 years old are permitted. This is a private, policy focused event dedicated to discussing issues. No signage will be allowed or bags larger than a purse will be allowed into the event.
